Frequently Asked Questions
What areas of South Australia do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Fleurieu Peninsula, Adelaide Hills, metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.
Do you offer design services if I don't have artwork ready?
Yes, we certainly do. We have an in-house graphic designer who can create your artwork from scratch, or enhance your own ideas and make your artwork print ready.
What file format/resolution do you need for print-ready artwork?
Supplied artwork needs to be set to finished size and preferably supplied as a PDF with 3mm bleed and trim marks. Alternatively, packaged InDesign or Illustrator files are also acceptable. Any images or logos embedded within your file should be high-resolution JPEGs. For signage in particular, vector logos are preferred to ensure the best outcome for your job.
Note: we can’t accept a standalone JPG or PNG as your final print-ready file. We also can’t accept the following file formats for print:
- Word
- Publisher
- PowerPoint
- JPG or PNG as a final file (embedded images within an accepted file type are fine — see above)
- Artwork produced from AI (artificial intelligence) programs

How do I send you files for artwork?
For files and attachments less than 10MB, email is acceptable. Larger than 10MB, we recommend using a transfer service such as WeTransfer.
I did my artwork in Canva, is that okay?
Absolutely! We are Canva-friendly. You can download your print-ready PDF from Canva and email that to us, or share the link to your artwork file in Canva, making sure you choose “anyone with the link can edit.“
Can you match my existing brand colours across signage and print?
Yes, we pride ourselves on brand consistency for our customers. If you’re wanting to colour match to a print or signage job you’ve had produced elsewhere, we do encourage you to supply a sample so we can colour check for you.
